Hi Jennifer,
I've previously used the Short Form Social Support Questionnaire from
Johnston M. (1995). Measures in health psychology: a user's portfolio. NFER
Nelson, but you have to purchase it. It's also very brief. A more detailed
questionnaire is available from the link below and although I've not
actually used it myself I suspect it's worth a look in the absence of any
other recommendations.

I hope that helps!

Subject: Social support scales
Dear All,
God forbid that I use this list for anything besides the current emailing
debate, but I'm trying to locate social support scales (preferably for
sexual assault victims, but not necessarily specified for this group). I am
particularly interested in levels of social support from spouses, family,
close friends and perceived health before and after the trauma. I am also
looking for coping scales that might assess coping with a major life trauma
(ie such as rape). Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks!
Jennifer
