Hi Colin R,
As a member of Nasty Girls....we don't receive any public subsidy and
all three have other jobs/live and also have to arrange/pay for things
like childcare/pa/ BSL interprters for ourselves so for us performing
costs us more money than it makes. Often (yeah, too often) there are
unsold tickets to our show so if any disabled or deaf people would like
to come and see our show, and can't afford it (we don't have any control
over ticket prices) we can get try and get you on our "guest list" for
free. Please visit our website(www.nasty-girls.co.uk) and see if there
is a show near you ..and if you would like to come and (like us) are
surviving on little money, please get in touch and we will try to get
you a free ticket(s). I know this does not solve all the problems of PA
transport etc...but hope it is some help.
Best wishes, anne
