Thanks to some help from Chris Gutteridge at Southampton both these
problems are now fixed. I've also corrected the namespace URI and
validated again at both the above and using Chris Hubick's validator at
http://adlibx.athabascau.ca/LOMValidator/index.html
So, I'm reasonably sure that this is now a LOM-compliant implementation of
a learning object repository, and one that is (I think) compliant with the
UK LOM Core.
