No amount of system engineering can control the "human" factor. The
Remedy application software list that I am on rewrites the unsubscribe
information with a web link into the footer of EVERY message posted to
the list, and we _still_ get several unsubscribe requests posted to the
list each month. I have actually spent a considerable amount of time
devising automated processes to deal with knee-jerk email replies to my
system's email notifications, and the degree to which people click on
Reply before reading ANYTHING in the message is phenomenal. There's a
study somewhere in all of this for someone...
