Information about the RSAIBIS:
Regional Science is an expanding field devoted to the development of
theory and method in urban and regional analysis and policy. It has a
conscious aim
of cutting across the traditional disciplinary approaches to these issues.
The British and Irish Section of the Regional Science Association was
founded in 1968. The Section organises an annual conference that attracts
speakers and participants from Europe, North America, and other parts of
the world. This event provides an excellent opportunity for British and
Irish
Section Members to meet and discuss new developments in regional science.
