Good question, no way to easily do that now. We'll have to do something
like this to implement strip plots so it will happen.
Not sure about the icon labels. We set the title in the Python world, if
you look at any of the python/ccpnmr/analysis/*Popup.py files then in the
constructor (i.e. __init__ function) almost the first thing that is done
is a call to BasePopup.__init__ which has a title argument (amongst other
things). That ends up being a Tkinter function call title() in
python/memops/gui/BasePopup.py (one of the superclasses of all popups).
It looks like that is not good enough to guarantee an icon, perhaps there
is another Tk call to set that (couldn't easily find it on the Tkinter
guid webpages).
