At the moment there's no way to tell which VO a job belongs to, so
presumably it just displays all jobs.

NIKHEF at least, and maybe other sites, limits how many jobs from one VO
can run so a single VO doesn't hog all the resources. Also the jobs may be
constrained to go to a particular site.
