The workshop, run by Liz Parr, will be participative and practical. It

Comfort ? Stretch ? Panic zones ? where is learning best served?

Session 2: So what does all of this mean for me as an information
 provider/facilitator of other people's learning?
Practical applications when dealing with customers and colleagues
How to assess and respond to different learning needs and situations
Strategies to help you use your own learning style preferences
 positively
Strategies to help you recognise other people's learning style
preferences and how to respond positively to them

Session 3: What am I going to do as a result of today ? how am I going to
apply my knowledge and understanding of learning styles?
     Individual action planning

 Timings:
The workshop will begin at 10.30 a.m. (with registration and refreshments
available from 10.00). Lunch will be taken between 1.00 and 2.00 p.m. The
