I had a disk develop a fault this time last year - it was under
warranty with DNUK. They got me to run a diagnostics program which
identified a fault and [the program] offered to fix it.
Although they said this would sort it out, I got them to send me
a new one anyway, which they did without argument - possibly
mentioning Duncan's name helped here.
