Here are the database definitions of the support level:
| Unconditional | Unconditional support, by Starlink staff, at short
notice. Compatibility with other software will be
maintained.
| High | High level of support, but with reservations based on
geographical, response time or control factors. (This
category includes commercial software.)
| Best Efforts | Best efforts, by a named individual.
| Little/None | Little or no support available.
| Obsolescent | Obsolescent.
I think that all the categories should contain, "The categories include
commercial software, and non-starlink software", but I didn't write the
definitions, before my time. We should be clear about what we mean about
"Best Efforts" and "High", I am not sure about what we mean.
