You shouldn't need to add bugfixes to both branches -- just the 3.2
branch. Once you're happy to move to the 3.3 branch, you need only
merge your dev-dsb-20040406 onto the trunk. That's probably less
error-prone than doing the same fix in two places (though if it were
different in the two places, you'd get a conflict warning when you did
the merge, which is useful).
