Hi Rowley
I have 5 (soon to be 8) First Responders in Cornwall who are First Aid
trained by the ambulance service including the use of OP airways. While I
agree with your statement of skill retention I should say that we have
addressed this issue. Once a month we get together and go over basic
techniques which includes OP Airways.
I am happy that their skill retention is not an issue if ongoing training is
adhered to.
