PEOPLE SKILLS FOR DELIVERING AND IMPLEMENTING KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT=20
10 MARCH 2004, LONDON

Has your organisation developed a knowledge management strategy? Are you =
part of it? Have you been asked to contribute to the overall KM activity =
in the organisation or are you trying to initiate this yourself? If any =
of these questions ring true for you, do you see this as an opportunity =
or a hugely daunting task? Do you have the right personal skills and =
behaviour to be able to contribute effectively?

This workshop is designed to help you consider the "soft" skills rather =
than the technical skills you need to be effective in participating in =
the knowledge management activities within your organisation, e.g. =
