Temporary Lectureship in German, 2004-2007
The Department of German at the University of Cambridge intends to
appoint a Temporary Lecturer for three years from 1 October 2004
while Dr Andrew Webber holds a Leverhulme Major Research
Fellowship.
The stipend will be in the range up to £24,121.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the
teaching of modern German literature and German film at both
undergraduate and postgraduate levels. An interest in comparative
studies and/or aspects of critical theory would be an added
advantage. An ability to offer instruction in language exercises in
modern German for the Department’s undergraduate courses is
