What leads you to believe it's a carpal subluxation?
You might think about checking for a pronator teres/median nerve entrapment
at the pronator mm. Full absence of strength (?) with pronation sounds
suspicious.
A subluxation type of a diagnosis warrants a traumatic history, unless the
patient is congenitally hypermobile.
Is the lack of ROM active or passive?
