"Stretching" as it seems to be discussed here encompasses many different
situations? It really depends on the individual and their requirements, a
martial artist needs a greater relative "mobility" than a long distance
runner etc etc.... Re pre activity stretching, Doesnt it make more sense to
do a dynamic warm up, progressively practising the motor patterns required
in the activity?
