In today's competitive environment, our ability to influence decisions at senior level can mean more resources or other forms of support. Increasingly, information and library managers need to take a proactive approach to influencing and make a positive impact on their Executive Board, senior management and other key stakeholders.
This NEW one day workshop will help information managers to make their mark within their organisation. It will demonstrate the increasing need for influencing skills, provide a toolkit of techniques and give practice in essential skills.
