Are there any authorities who have undertaken a marketing campaign to
promote their different 'access channels' for library services?
We are about to embark on a campaign to promote coherently a range of
services, which can be accessed via the 'phone (ie corporate contact centre
and automated renewals service) and via the web and would be keen to learn
of any innovative / successful activities to promote these services.
Linked to this, any successful attempts to encourage people to use their
PIN numbers when accessing some of these services would be of interest.
I will summarise responses for the list (I promise!)
