Work-life balance issues affect all personal relationships, not just
families.
In this international conference we take a lifecourse perspective on
work-life balance, looking at the issues of inclusion, inequality and
diversity. We will encourage exploration of assumptions about families and
personal lives implicit in the work-life agendas, and consider how these are
utilised and politicised in a range of settings.
An international conference for:
Researchers conducting social research on families with an interest in
work-life balance;
policy makers and practitioners with an interest in work-life balance.
