Mark - I too have warm memories of visits by Mairian and Janet. I was
shocked to hear of their passing. I too learned much from Mairian.
Do you have some advice about a useful mode for those of us from abroad to
make a contribution to the hospice - I don't want to send a dollar check
and then learn the bank has taken most of it (same problem if I try to
send a check from my bank but in a non-dollar currency).
best, anita

Her sister Fiona has requested no flowers but donations to St Margarets Hospice, Herons Drive, Bishops Hull, Taunton, Somerset TA1 5HA . UK. Mairian's family reports that the staff there "were so good, and worked tirelessly to make Mairians last few months as comfortable and as pain free as possible".
