Unicom Seminars in association with David Gurteen presents two new &
exciting events to be held in London 24 & 25 February 2004.
Workshop: Knowledge Sharing, Creativity & Innovation 24th February 2004
Disruptive technologies and worldwide competition are driving a global
business transformation. The very nature of work for many people in hi-tech
and knowledge-based organisations has already fundamentally changed. This
workshop is relevant to every organisation or team that is serious about
transforming the way it works. Participants will find it will help to
enhance their ability to create and innovate and to improve the way that
they manage and interact with others. The presenter is David Gurteen, a
highly respected independent Knowledge Management consultant and who runs
the Gurteen-Knowledge Website.
Interactive Multi Speaker Seminar: Communities of Practice in Action 25th
February 2004
One of the most effective mechanisms for the transfer and sharing of
knowledge has proved to be Communities of Practice (CoPs). The most
successful CoPs are pragmatic, workable and inexpensive. This event
provides participants with the strategies, tools, techniques and know-how
to be able to start CoPs of their own.
Also led by David Gurteen, this is a multi-speaker seminar featuring
presentations and case studies from organisations such as English Nature;
Knoco; Siemens; Oracle and The Cabinet Office.
Networking Opportunities:
A few of the organisations already attending include: Argos; Bolton Social
Services; Business Link; MOD; TFPL; Benefit Fraud Inspectorate; HBOS;
