Higher B-spline degrees are probably best for resampling MR images, although
there is a much higher computation time. I don't have any empirical
evidence about how much difference this extra computation makes.
If you want to warp probability images (*_seg*.img), then a different
strategy should probably be used. Values in these should remain within
the range of zero to 1. I haven't given this enough thought, but I suspect
that resampling these images could be done via a logit transform.
