Hi all,
What we always do with toolboxes is make sure that the toolbox directory
contains a directory for each tool. For example, if aal2.m is the primary
function in the directory, then the directory must be named aal2:
toolbox (dir)
contains aal2 (dir)
which contains aal2.m (main startup file)
aal2 (dir) also contains whatever other files come in the aal2 toolbox
distribution.
Nothing in the toolbox ever has to be in the path because matlab specially
recognizes directories named "toolbox" and treats them differently. You can
look at the matlab help and find out more if this explanation isn't
clear...look up toolbox.
Hope that is helpful.
