We're in a situation currently where we're being asked to give access to
our e-resources to librarians at other institutions who are supporting our
college's foundation degree students.
The students have access to our e-resources as they are registered
students of our college, but the librarians are not formally linked to the
college (other than through supporting these UCC students).
I wondered if this situation had arisen elsewhere and how it was dealt
with. My understanding, from looking at our licences, is that access is
not allowed and yet these FE librarians are supposed to be supporting
our college's students.
Any advice or experience would be gratefully received.
