JOB TITLE: AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
(Fixed term until 31st March 2006 with the potential to renew contract)
SALARY: Scale SO1 (£21,867 - 23,313)
Hartlepool Arts and Museums service is looking for an energetic project manager
to assist in co-ordinating Renaissance in the Regions initiatives across the
Tees Valley. Your remit will be identify new audiences and to engage users and
non-users alike through a range of exciting museum projects including
travelling exhibitions, dramatic interpretation and community outreach.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and with excellent interpersonal and
organisational skills, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and
have a track record in delivering accessible projects within a museum or
heritage environment. Knowledge of partnership working is essential, together
with experience of supervising others in a work environment. Secondments
