Hi Arun,
I always do the following:
In the FEAT GUI, select 'First level' and 'Post-stats'. Then load
blah.feat, go to 'post-stats' in the FEAT GUI and select 'Edit contrasts'.
Then you can add any contrast you wish in the the way you are used to.
If you don't want FEAT to register you images again, simply deselect the
three registration options (initial, main and standard).
Cheers,
Serge.

Subject: [FSL] contrasts
Hi,
I would like to go back to the single subject analysis and run different
contrasts from those originally calculated. Is there a straight foward way
of doing this ? I have looked at the options within the FEAT GUI and there
does not seem to be one - the closest option is "stats" but things like
registration (for example to standard space) are still required as input
(which has been previously calculated). I guess I am looking for something
that would load my previous analysis and then I would go to the Contrast GUI
and add the new contrasts that I wish to calculate.
Thanks in advance.
Best, Arun
