Hi Brian, thanks for sending the images. FLIRT worked fine on what you
sent, just using all the defaults:
flirt -in S057_061303+origbrain -ref localtemplate -o grot
So I'm guessing that you maybe aren't using the latest version, or have
platform problems. Have you tried using the latest redhat7 binaries on
your redhat8 machines, or else recompiling from source?
