I take your point, and will endeavour to make a .pdf version available as
well. rtf wouldn't be appropriate in this instance as I need to use some of
the graphic capabilities of Word.
In the longer term the plan for the 2nd edition of MIDAS is to make the
whole thing available using an XML format which will support creation of
multiple versions from a single source text (and open up other possibilities
e.g. for web dissemination).
