Colleagues
I can see that we are getting close to that equine transport
problem.............................
Do you teach the staff how to use the chat facility before the Icebreaker,
thus assuming a skill is already present? Hmm?
No - give everybody a cup of coffee. Spend 5 minutes sorting out the latest
institution gossip. Sort out the lunch menu. Announce that the training
session will end 30 minutes earlier than planned - and then get on with it!
If that doesn't work then wait till everybody is fully engrossed and arrange
a fire drill. That should warm them up!
