hi,
i want to correct for the difference in slice acquisition times. i've used the
spm_slice_timing procedure but am not satisfied with the results.
1)is it possible that the correction introduces too much distortion to the data,
so the gain of using the 3d spatial correlation is nullified by the distortion
caused by slice timing correction?
2)does anyone know of other slice timing procedures that can be used for
comparison?
3)i've failed to find the referenced literature on the web, e.g.
"The slice-timing problem in event-related fMRI" by Henson et al. does anyone
have this or any other relevant reference?
any help would be appreciated!
thanks in advance,
ruth
