Dear *
I would like to use a small volume correction on some VBM data. I can
make an assumption that there are associations between volumes in the
cerebellum and some cognitive parameters. I have create a cerebellum mask
that I have used as a file with SVC.
Question
1 Is it OK to used SVC with VBM data in this way?
2 When testing for association with grey matter and correcting for
multiple comparison with SVC am i needlessly correcting for voxels within
my mask that I am sure are white?
3 can I mask my mask so that it only contains grey voxels, hence reducing
its size and increasing my sensitivity?
4 Can I do the converse for white matter?
Regards
Roger
