Dear All
List members may be interested to know of a project developed by Women into
Science and Engineering in Wales (WISE in Wales), Techniquest and Cardiff
University, with funding from the Welsh Assembly Government.
The aim of the project was to work with sixteen female postgraduate students
towards developing posters in English and Welsh specifically for post-16
audiences, particularly women, describing their work and the social aspects
of following a career in engineering and science research.
The posters can be viewed and downloaded at:
www.wiseinwales.org.uk
All secondary schools in Wales will receive a set of the posters in English
or Welsh.
