Yes, most of the examples here are cut and paste from the web. But the
essay banks are, I'm sure, a bigger problem than we realise. Certainly
more difficult to detect/prove and almost certainly on the increase.

Nearly all the plagiarism I see is from cutting and pasting
parts of
websites.
