The penultimate seminar in the hothaus series will look at the physical and
virtual properties of space, exploring the notion of the interface.
Presentations will explore the spatial characteristics of the internet, how
literature and writing is being used online, locative media and the
urbanisation of video. Speakers include Anthony Auerbach, Bill Fontana,
Mark Hancock, Drew Hemment and Janet Vaughan. The chair is Martin Rieser
(co-editor of The New Screen Media Cinema/Art/Narrative, 2002).
