Hi there,

I suppose that most of CRUMBs are at ISEA2004 just now but I wondered
whether some of you may be able to help.

This is a request prompted by a recent posting by Ana Boa-Ventura.
Would anyone on the list be aware of contemporary art projects dealing
with renewables and wind turbines, in particular. My interest is in any
current or historical attempts of artists to annonate, appropriate and
redefine this alternative source of energy regardless of the ideology
and the promiscuity of media used. One such project I was recently
involved in is The Windmills of Innerleithen
(www.windmills-of-innerleithen.co.uk)

I am part of creative team currently researching such practices with
the prospect of a publication and symposium and will be very grateful
if you can e-mail me some pointers either on or off the list. I hope
that we will find an appropriate way of acknowledging your
contribution.

Thanks very much,
Iliyana
