POSTDOCTORAL POSITION to perform research on molecular photoionization
dynamics and vacuum ultraviolet spectroscopy with Prof. Erwin Poliakoff in
the Department of Chemistry at Louisiana State University. The position
will involve extensive research at the Advanced Light Source at the
University of California at Berkeley. The position will be based in
Berkeley, and involve a close collaboration with Dr. John Bozek (ALS,
experimental) and Prof. Robert Lucchese (Texas A&M, Theory). A Ph.D. in
chemistry, physics, or a related discipline is required. Experience with
photoelectron spectroscopy or ion optics is desirable. Applicants should
send a CV and arrange for two letters of recommendation to be sent to
Prof. Erwin Poliakoff, Department of Chemistry, LSU, Baton Rouge, LA
70803.
