Dear list members,
I'm currently searching for information on the development of
culturally competent practices in hospital emergency departments. The
information I'm after can relate to training staff members, or to
general service provision. Proposals or models to alleviate deficiences
are particularly sought after, as opposed to studies which primarily
identify deficiencies (although both are welcome).
I contact you after quite a lengthy web search, which yielded a paucity
of results. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Meher Grigorian
