Hi Sarah,
There is a really excellent Canadian PhD called from Carol Williams-
Nickelson looking at Women mentoring women in studying psychology. You can
get it at Dissertations/ ProQuest UMI.
I am looking at what women need in antenatal care, and I even thought that
there were aspects fitting my data.
I hope it helps.

Hello everyone
I am a midwifery lecturer and midwife working at Otago Polytechnic,
Dunedin, New Zealand. I am currently enrolled at the University of
Queensland at the Centre for Online Health, and am starting a phd
project looking at mentorship. I would be really interested in talking
to anyone who has done/is doing work in this area. In particular, does
anyone know of any mentorship projects that are happening at the moment,
and how they are being evaluated. I am also interested to know if anyone
has any knowledge of online mentorship programs.
Thank you for your time
Sarah
