years ago - sorry but am up to my eyes in work at the minute so cannot give

Subject: sexual abuse
dear list members
I m a community midwife who has a primigravida EDD
August who has recently shared with me her experience
of sexual abuse as a child. She descibes a condition
of urethritis which sounds similar to vaginismus.
She wants to birth in hospital & I am planning to
support her in labour. I would welcome advice on best
practice for her care.
I have looked at web sites which are plentiful but
feel a midwifery view would be most helpful-
appropriate references please. val
