Tutor in History of Medicine

£19,460 - £35,883 per annum
Applications are invited for the position of Tutor in History of
Medicine in the School of Health Science, University of Wales Swansea,
reference L9274. The postholder will provide expertise in the study of
history of medicine and related fields. The main teaching duties will be
associated with undergraduate programmes, although there is a
requirement for involvement in other programmes. The successful
candidate will work under the supervision of Professor Anne Borsay and
some involvement with research projects will be encouraged.
Applicants must possess a good first degree, a postgraduate
qualification and/or Doctorate in an area relevant to the history
medicine being desirable. Experience of teaching in the subject area and
experience of student supervision is highly desirable.
