The 2% whose browsers identify themselves as being something other than
IE. There is a difference.
By default, Opera identifies itself as IE and most users don't bother to
change this setting. It does this because a lot of sites block access to
browsers other than IE/Netscape, even though most other browsers can
display them quite happily.

Hyperbole aside, there's no need to deprive IE users to accommodate the
others. The features common to all browsers are perfectly adequate to
build attractive sites that everyone can enjoy.

Is 'funky stuff' what people visit museum Web sites for? Or is it just
what the Web site developers want to produce?
