Malcolm,
I'm sorry to read that you've been having problems. I don't know if this is
reassuring for you or not, but I've just returned from Frankfurt Book Fair
and not one of our distributors had a question or complaint concerning
deliveries. We're also getting similarly positive feedback from our library
clients. Sounds like you've got a localised glitch - everything's running
fine for us.

Subject: Journal deliveries
Dear All,
I'd much appreciate learning if anyone has had problems recently with
Extenza-Turpin as a journal distributor. I write on behalf of the society
that publishes the Journal of the History of the Neurosciences to find out
how widely shared our problem is -- we had immense difficulties over
deliveries in 2003 and still have not had a full delivery of the first two
parts for 2004.
Very Sincerely,
Malcolm Macmillan, D.Sc., FAPS
