Colleagues
Unfortunately, technical problems at CILIP mean that we have been unable to print any letters relating to documents received from Chartership candidates following the Christmas/New Year holiday. I am aware that a number of people will be expecting to receive acknowledgements of forms, submissions and other communications and I can only apologise for the delay that this problem has caused.
However, I can assure you that the work of processing all incoming mail has continued without interruption. The despatch of incoming submissions and training programmes for assessment by Board members has not been affected.
We hope to be able to resume printing before the end of the week. However, if you have an urgent query about registration documents that you have sent to Ridgmount Street please contact [log in to unmask]
Many thanks
