Why do you assume no librarian is from Oxbridge...?

All of the jobs for 15k in the interactive job centre touch screen are under

skilled labour - checked today - I think that to expect to work with an MA
and chartered for this amount, and then go for jobs in which they say
"salary negotiable" tells you a lot about where we stand: at the skilled
labour end !

And, by the looks of it, things are getting worse (or, to put it another
way, why work as "acting librarian"/fee staff/"casual freelance" etc waiting

until management make up their minds (and proceed to give the good jobs to
their Oxbridge chums) when you can earn more as a manager in other sectors
(using the same skills these days).
