For all you eco-warriors out there! Linda
The Woodland Trust is pleading with people not to forget to recycle their Christmas cards once the New Year arrives. The Trust, the UK's leading woodland conservation charity, will launch the 2004 Christmas Card Recycling Scheme1 next month and is appealing for people to help it collect more than the 800 tonnes recycled during the 2003 scheme. For more information visit www.woodland-trust.org.uk/recycling
The 2004 Christmas Card Recycling Scheme will run from 5 January until 1 February 2004. Recycling bins will be in all WHSmith High Street Stores and all Tesco stores across the UK throughout January.
