Well, they put whatever is in the local proxy, but if that's invalid it
shouldn't get submitted. To be really sure you could (securely!) copy the
proxy from one UI to the other.

I don't think either the RB or the myproxy has any communication with the UI
after the job is submitted, that's part of the design - the UI could be a
laptop which you unplug.
