A very rare dinosaur skeleton has just come onto the market. It is a
96% complete skeleton of Anatotitan copei (a hadrosaur) from the
Late Cretaceous Hell Creek Formation of South Dakota, and is
exceptional in that it includes 50% of the animal's "mummified"
skin. It would make a superb museum display - it is 12 metres long
with a 1.2 metre long skull.
The specimen was collected on private land and ownership is fully
documented. The advertised price is $1,760,000 (US dollars), but I
am sure a substantial reduction on this could be negotiated. Get
back to me if you are interested and I can put you in touch with the
US dealer.
