I don't think so - this sounds fine. It should become immediately obvious
if there's a problem. In fact, you probably don't need the motion
correction stuff - just the registration subdirectory.

I don't think so - this sounds fine. Although you might find it easier to
just do the complete analysis in the first place and just go in to check
it worked ok! Given that the whole analysis is normally not that slow,
even if you then have to redo everything in one analysis for any reason
then that might still be easier.
