Steve and Denis .. Thank you for your suggestions.
I have gotten fsl to work in that I can run various items from the command
line. However when I bring up the GUI, I get the proper screens but when I
attempt to indicate input data the program doesn't appear to read it.
For example... when running FEAT I drill into the select 4D data button and
I browse for the data on the H: drive, I receive a warning saying that I
haven't filled in all the relevant selections with valid filenames. I have
previous run the same data on a different machine using the same method and
it has worked. It seems that the gui isn't recognizing the files within
the drive.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Dave
