Hi - yes, it's easy to get the inverse unthresholded zstat map - just look
in stats and invert the relevant zstat image using avwmaths. However, if
you want FEAT to do the thresholding and other post-stats stuff for you,
you will need to put in the inverse contrast as well as the original.
